Jacques Pepins Apricot Clafoutis Recipe is fantastic.But since I think recipes are made to be adapted, I used apricots in 100% juice, used whole wheat flour and substituted non-fat yogurt for the sour cream. Less fat and sugar with more fiber and still delicious!
