Sweet potato & apple breakfast patties. Recipe calls for ground pork, but I have used ground turkey as it's easier to find pastured poultry than pork sometimes. This is a staple in our paleo house! I make them up in batches and eat through the week. I'm trying an oven baked version for even quicker prep, then just quick re-heat in a pan with some coconut oil for that crispy goodness!
Cinnamon crumb cakes (Paleo, AIP). Very dense. Personally prefer airier muffins, but great AIP treat. I used 1 1/3 cups of Let's Do Organic Creamed Coconut. Make sure to let sit until totally cool before eating.
