Best Gingersnaps ever. Crackly and crunchy on the outside, chewy in the center. These Gingersnaps are spicy and sweet, great with milk or a mug of chai tea.
Ginger bread - easy peasy. Dump everything in the processor and blitz, chill for 15 mins and then dough is ready. Dough handles well - good for kids. Also, it's not too sweet, so the resulting biccies can handle a little icing nicely.
