I put a pan on the bottom rack to catch any drippings, washed and oiled the top rack and cooked the fish directly on it. There was a lot of smoke, but this is to be expected from the oil. (Should've oiled more thoroughly). Result was super moist, tender and flavorful! Loved the crunch and flavor of the crust.
