Broccoli Slaw 5 servings approx. 80cal. 2g fat 15g carb. 1 bag pre-made broccoli slaw 2 stalks celery diced 1/4cup favorite chopped onion (red, white or green) 1/2c Kraft fat free mayonnaise 1/8c vinegar (cider) 1/8c sugar 1/4c cranberry trail mix mix all ingredients together and let sit at least 3 hours. Yummy and healthy!
Chicken Lo Mein: 1/2 lb chicken breast-small chunks 12oz sweet potato noodles 4 med carrots, thin 3 inch strips medium red bell pepper, thin 3 inch strips bunch green onions, 3 inch strips 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 c soy sauce tsp garlic powder tsp corn starch tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 4 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup water 2 teaspoons EVOO Add everything, boil, simmer (covered) for about 15 minutes, stirring. Cook until most liquid is gone and chicken is cooked.
