Balsamic-Glazed Brussels Sprouts 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed, cut in half 1 T olive oil 1 onion thinly sliced 1/4 balsamic vinegar In a saucepan, bring 2 quarts water to a boil. Add Brussels sprouts and reduce heat to medium. Cook 20 minutes, or until sprouts are fork-tender and very green; drain. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Cook onion until tender. Add vinegar and sprouts. Stir to coat sprouts and cook until heated through.
