Ingredients:  Shredded coconut- 3 cups Egg whites- 2 Sugar- 1/2 cup Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp  Method:  Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Whisk together egg whites, sugar and vanilla until frothy. Add the shredded coconut and stir with a spatula until mixed well. Place tablespoons of the mixture onto a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the macaroons are golden brown around the edges.
