Paint your nails with a base color and let them dry completely. Then come back and paint a layer of another color on top, and before it dries, you dab pieces of wadded up saran wrap on top lightly, then top coat

tutorial for putting designs onto your nails with printer ink.  > simply use a cotton ball  > soak it really good with alcohol  > wipe your nail off really good  > place image ink side down on nail and press down firmly  > squeeze cotton ball so that the alcohol drips over nail  > continue pressing down (I counted to 10)  > Then squeeze the rest of the alcohol over nail and then gently pull off paper.
