Fig Jam: Lasts up to three months. I made the recipe by using 8 cups of figs, equal to 40 whole figs. This made 2 pint jars of jam. There are a lot of chunks, so if you want smaller pieces, cut them smaller. I cut individual figs into eighths instead of quarters. This is a super simple recipe, which does not take long; it does, however, taste amazing.
I put this on EVERYTHING! Tastes like its from a restaurant but so easy. Its like creamy ranch with a Mexican flair added by the avocado, tomatillo, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, lime and smoked paprika via @carlsbadcraving
