Black Bean and Corn Salsa Love, love, love this recipe. Mine is slightly different - no avocado (but that's a great idea), no cilantro (personal choice), and we add 1.5 tablespoons of cumin. Let the flavors marry at least 4 hours, better if left overnight in the fridge. Fabulous on it's own as a dip but delicious added to chicken, breakfast tacos, etc. Never have any leftovers!!
