Cheesy broccoli bacon quiche. I added some diced onions and replaced the cream with half and half. Oh, and I used 5 eggs instead of 3 because I like an egg-y quiche. It's just how I roll. Came out delish.
Cowboy Quiche by Ree Drummond / The Pioneer Woman, via Flickr - 1 whole Unbaked Pie Crust (enough For A Deep Dish Pan) 2 whole Yellow Onions, Sliced 2 Tablespoons Butter 8 slices Bacon 8 whole Large Eggs 1-1/2 cup Heavy Cream Or Half-and-Half [try evaporated milk] Salt And Pepper, to taste 2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Cracked Out Quiche. I used 1/2 cup half and half, used 4 eggs and added 1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms with thinly slided tomatoes on top - used Pillsbury frozen crused (thawed). Turned out delicious - gone in just a few mins!
