Potato Chip Cookies: I now understand what the crushed potato chips impart: amazing crunch & flakiness. What I did differently from the recipe: 1-doubled the vanilla; 2-used maple sugar instead of conf sugar for the top; 3-topped each cookie with a grind of sea salt. YUM! Used mini dough scooper ; got 51 cookies. Baked 350 F 13 minutes Next time: use quality potato chips, organic and fried in something better (avocado or coconut oil) than veg oil.
Dorie Greenspan's Do-Almost-Anything Vanilla Cookie Dough - These are fun and yummy! I used a slightly larger cutter and got 60 cookies. They brown really fast once they start, so I baked mine for closer to 15 minutes than 20.
