A topic from health and wellness that we covered this semester that has spoken to me is having a healthy diet and how your diet now can effect you later in life. This has affected me tremendously because i now watch what I eat and make sure that i am eating healthier things. I want to be able to be healthy when i get older and have less health risks so in order for that to happen i need to make some changes now. I learned different tips to help me eat smarter like checking labels.
