ES Tried It. Chicken Quinoa Lettuce Wraps with Peanut Sauce. Made a simpler alternative since I did not have many of the same ingredients. Used rotissiere chicken and didn't add additional flavors. Used rice instead of quinoa because I didn't have any. For the dipping sauce, I didn't have ginger, so I mixed sesame oil, peanut butter, and trader joe's asian peanut salad dressing. YUM YUM YUM. Filling and delicious. Made extra for lunch all week. #mealplan #traderjoes #peanutsauce #easy
