drink this daily and watch the pounds come off without fuss. The recipe is two handfuls of baby spinach, 1 apple, 1 bananas, 1 cup of yogurt, 5 strawberries, 1/2 orange. Blend well and enjoy! I love green smoothies!!! This will give you tons of energy!

Makes about 3 cups  1 very ripe banana (the riper the banana, the greater the antioxidants) 2 cups frozen fruit/berries 1 cup almond milk or soy milk  Combine the ingredients in a blender. Start on the lowest setting and slowly crank it up as the smoothie starts to purée, then blend for 2 minutes.
