4 slice of rye bread  50g butter  4 pkg gelatin  200g salmon smoked  45g  chives  500g fresh cream  180g  goat cheese   1 clove garlic minced  Mix the slices of bread in Mixer  melt butter, mix it with bread  make into a crust  Mix salmon so it crumbs   Mix cream fresh, fresh cheese,salmon,chives, garlic, melt the gelatin in a little water and stir into the cream mixture  Cover your bottom of pie and let take stand 4 hrs cold  Cover of cavier, or red pepper jelly  Serve fresh
