Select Protein Snickerdoodle Cookies INGREDIENTS: 1/3cup oat flour, 2tbsp coconut flour, 1/2scoop Snickerdoodle Protein, 1/2tsp baking powder, 1tsp vanilla extract, 1 large egg, water/or milk till dough consistency, baking stevia to taste (optional)  DIRECTIONS: Divide dough into seven balls and place on greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia. Bake at 350 F for 10-14 mins.  MACROS PER COOKIE:  3.4g protein | 4.6g carbs | 1.4g fat
