Malted barley, after all, is one of just four main ingredients in beer. As a substitute, brewers have usually used malted sorghum, but its thin flavor leaves something to be desired.
Flying Fish Brewing Co.: Hopfish IPA (6.5% ABV) This is another decent offering from the NJ outfit. Some nice floral tones with a resoundingly bitta IPA flavor.
