Paleo Empanada: TIPS/COMMENTS: This dough was surprisingly easy to make (finding the ingredients may pose more trouble). We found the Tapioca Flour/Starch at an Asian Market. I also used turkey and Andoullie sausage (skin and most fat removed). It turned out delish!
