Gluten free banana bread with blueberries. Tastes just like a regular banana bread - so delicious! I am using King Arthur multi-purpose gluten-free flour. For low FODMAP use lactose free yogurt and butter. Also make sure your vanilla is GF, usually you will need a clear version.
