Surprisingly delicious blueberry pie from Thrive freeze dried blueberries! Half 10# can of dried blueberries, 3-4 cups water, and at least 1 cup sugar, more if you want it sweeter. Bring to a boil and then let simmer until it thickens. 30-45 mins depending on how much water you added. If it looks too runny let it simmer longer. Will reduce to about half. Pour into uncooked pie crust, I like Pillsbury. Cook 350 for 40 mins or until set.
