Pan Fried Bananas 1 banana, sliced 1 tsp brown sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon Pinch of nutmeg Spray a skillet with cooking spray and place on stovetop over medium heat. Add bananas. In a bowl mix together sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Cook bananas 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle bananas with mixture, tossing while adding. Drizzle with yogurt (optional).
