Half a frozen banana Half teaspoon natural peanut butter (just peanuts) A small pinch of salt 1 mejdool date Raw cacao powder to taste (start with very little, esp if you don't like dark chocolate) Coconut milk or hazelnut milk to smooth it all out Blend and drink. It's SO good! This is really addicting so I've stopped making it... But just remember. 1 mejdool date has 16 grams of sugar. That's a lot! Not good if you're trying to lose weight.

Now take it out of the oven spread the pizza sauce...and mozzarella cheese../ soy cheese / grated tofu.. Bake it again till you see golden spots on the cheese ..approx 10 mins.
