Early to mid 19th century, Large Firkin, New England origin, Beautiful Original blue/ green painted surface, with nice wear. A great collectible bucket, that was once used to hold flour, sugar or dry goods in the country home pantry. Fingers laps have copper tacks no staples used in this Firkin .
