Slammed Karmann Ghia… The Volkswagen Karmann Ghia was a sports car marketed in both 2+2 coupe (1955–1974) and convertible (1957–1974) body styles.

My Mom and Dad would race to see who could identify the make, mode, and possibly year of the car the fastest. Both of them would know what it was though. I can't even tell which models modern cars are!

BMW 507 - oh yes, the most beautiful BMW convertible EVER designed. And to imagine when it was first introduced, not many liked the car - unbelievable.

An old Buick. I got picked up for a date in a car like this but blue. I was 16 years old and that's when I started to have a passion for old cars.

This 1958 Ford Edsel was one of the most unpopular cars ever manufactured, no syrises there then.

Triumph Stag. One of the most desirable British cars of the 1970s. However its V8 was let down by a poor cooling system which meant that the Stag came to a premature end. Still a car I would like to own (a modern radiator will fix the overheating).
