This is flawless. I can’t even remember where I read this first, but it’s perfect. That’s what recovery is aiming towards. Flexibility. We can become so rigid, so overcome with our EDs that we forget what it is, to be flexible and relaxed around food and our bodies.
Sweet and Sour Chicken - Personally made this recipe with HUGE success! DELICIOUS!!! A tad too time consuming for me, so next time I'll make this using Mel's Kitchen Café's 'Fabulous Orange Chicken' method. (Reducing the sugar and adding sliced jalapeños would be AMAZING! ;)
