Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup - this soup is amazing!** I made a few changes... I didn't have heavy cream so I just added an additional cup milk... also I added in a chicken bouillion cube when I put it all together to add a little extra flavor!
Great cream of chicken soup! I tweaked the recipe by adding noodles instead of rice. I thickened the soup with leftover mashed potatoes and added some half and half to make it a bit creamier. I tasted it often to get the seasonings just right. Definitely a keeper
Italian vegetable chicken soup. This absolutely delicious.... I substituted wide egg noodles for the zucchini....par boiled noodles to al dente (about 6-7 min) in separate pot then added to soup about 10 min. From being done... This prevents the noodles from getting mushy!
