Are in the beginning of your fitness journey? The best way to start is to have a journal. This way you can focus on the positive things. You will notice before the weight starts coming off and be motivated to keep going...like how did I feel today, was I in a good mood, did I feel bloated, what did I eat, am I noticing progress, and did I have more energy today. More of this on my test group in May. Would love to have you! Message me!

Getting a fitness goal is not enough, you have to stick with it in order to accomplish it. There will be bumps in the road..but if you stay positive and believe that you can get through it, YOU will!

Do you beat your body up with exercise? Do you stretch? There are some days when I wake up & just know that I need some PiYo in my life. If it weren't for this workout secretly tricking me into stretching, I probably wouldn't do it because I have that mindset that if I'm not drenched in sweat & dead after a workout that it's not worth my time. I sweat buckets when I do PiYo...& oddly enough even though there are no weights (just my own body weight), it's makes me feel stronger than any…

My whole journey in fitness began because of how it made me feel. Finding a workout I enjoyed...Helped me take steps outside my comfort zone Helped me overcome anxiety & depression Changed the way I felt about myself when I became a coach & focused on making other people feel good instead of my own insecurities. Then understanding nutrition took things to a whole new level. My world has changed over last year & finally realized how what we put in our bodies so greatly affects how we feel.

Find an uplifting community of people to support & inspire you. There are so many supportive groups and communities online and in social media. You just have to put yourself out there a little bit. Plus, when you start acting like a positive person, you will attract more of those kinds of people in your life, too! I'd love to have you be a part of one of my support groups or a part of my team of fitness coaches! This community has changed my life in SO many ways...so much more than just…

Persistence is key! You don't put the weight on overnight, and it doesn't come off overnight either. Gotta keep on keepin’ on! Have some big goals this fall. Here I go! Anyone wanna do it with me?

There are three things that will affect the number on the scale. ❤ -It's what you ate the day before ❤-It's how you train the day before ❤ -And the time of the month. If you weight yourself everyday, you let the scale dictate what you did that day and how you felt then it’s really going to let you down and throw in the towel and say “Screw it! I’m gonna eat a donut anyways because this isn’t working." You've got to stop weighing yourself everyday because that can happen. So stop, just stop!
