The first thing you see at the entrance to St John’s Co-Cathedral of Valletta, Malta, is a beautiful colored mosaic tomb with an inscription, “You who tread on me, you will be trodden upon. Reflect on that and pray for me.” This tomb belongs to the French knight Hospitaller, Anselmo de Caijs.
the floor of St John's Co Cathedral Valletta Malta. Each section is a burial spot for a knight of Malta. Each is made of inlaid marble. Gold everywhere and silver chalices. The most beautiful cathedral I have ever seen.
