Burger buns- these are perfection! Perfect, gold outside with soft inside. Just a couple notes: -made 8 really large buns. I would probably make 9 next time - during the first shaping, I rolled the 8 round buns and then flattened them with a rolling pin. Worked good - I sprayed the pan with pam so, as usual, the bottoms of the buns burnt. Next time either use parchment or nothin
All In One Pot Bread. Mixed,Risen and Baked in One Pot! Add in whatever you like. I mixed in bulgur wheat, lemon zest, scallions and tomatoes for a Tabbouleh Salad Bread! Another favorite is 'lots of cheese' bread!
