Pasta con i broccoli    1 small head of fresh broccoli  1 onion  extra virgin olive oil  salt  pasta (pennette rigate, in this case).    Wash and cut the broccoli. Boil the broccoli in salted water for 15 minutes. In the meantime cut the onion and put it in a pan with a drizzle of oil and brown it. Drain the broccoli (BUT save the water!) and add it to the pan with the onion.  Use the broccoli water to cook the pasta.  Drain the pasta and add it to the broccoli.  Buon appetito!

Step by step (Fectuccinee al Alfredo) boil water for noodles(add noodles  to boil water what the box says for cook) in other pan over medium heat add little oil,them 3 tablespoons of butter,and then when the butter is melted then add shrimps,sal,black pepper,leaves,2 head of garlic and then move right. Then add 1cup of evaporated milk and then half a cup of parmesan cheese, later take out the 2 garlic from the pan and start to put the spaghetti and move and then your done. "Buon appetito"!
