I love this! It's so true! I use to think I could take big steps and get things done so much faster but I soon found out the only way is to take small steps and not get ahead of yourself to get everything just right.
We forget that the true purpose of eating is to nourish our bodies so it can function properly ( if it tastes good, thats an extra plus!) By not eating well we are letting our bodies struggle and they have to overcompensate for what we don't give them. So just eat healthy!!
