Saturn's Colorful Rings by NASA/JPL/University of Colorado via wired.com: Images taken during the Cassini spacecraft's orbital insertion on June 30 show definite compositional variation within the rings. The general pattern is from "dirty" particles indicated by red to cleaner ice particles shown in turquoise in the outer parts of the rings. #Astronomy #Saturn
Successful Space Jump | Felix Baumgartner from Austria jumped out of a space capsule from an altitude of approximately feet in New Mexico. The space capsule was attached to a giant helium balloon above the so-called “Armstrong Line.” Was he insane!!!!!
