30 Day Squat Challenge... i am alomst done with the thirty days, and its made a huge difference! So worth it. My knees didnt handle it well at first, but they are stronger now, too, and so just push through those first couple of weeks. I am going to continue to do these. Ive never seen my butt or legs look this good or shaped up!
