King's Hawaiian Ham & Swiss Rolls - really good, though next time I think I will try a half cup butter and a small instead of a medium onion. Really good for times you want something rich and warm and gooey.
Cranberries only need to be cooked for a few minutes before they burst and form a terrific cranberry sauce. Melissa Rubel Jacobson has a number of recipes for them. This recipe was in the latest (Fall 2005) edition of Kraft Whats cooking. It looks so tempting and is so easy to make. Prep time 5 minutes. Make your traditional stuffing and have this as a lighter side dish. I made this stuffing for Thanksgiving-made it in the morning and popped it in the oven 35 minutes (350F) before serving-everyone raved about it
