I agree with Brook that in a play the actors should be the main focus, in order for the audience to connect and the play to be successful. I agree with Brook completely that set isn't necessary for theatre to be successful, however I feel set doesn't take away from the actor audience relationship and that it can enahcne atmosphere and the experience.
