APPLE PIE PROTEIN SHAKE It’s the start of apple season and here’s a great alterna;ve to a sweet craving! 1 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 medium peeled, cored and diced apple 4 ice cubes 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower ￼1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon 5-6 raw pecan halves (optional) Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Pour and enjoy!
