No-bake protein oat bars  Ingredients:  2 cups dry oatmeal  4 scoops whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works best)  ½ cup natural peanut butter  1/3 cup of water or milk    Directions:  Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and then press into a 9-by-9 inch pan lined with wax paper. Freeze for 40 minutes and cut into bars.
