Tonight's Dinner: Chicken Burger Sliders with Sweet Potato Fries!! *Seasoned my burgers with Mrs. Dash Chipotle & Pesto. Topped with Spinach, Orange Bell Pepper, Avocado, Red Onion & Pepper Jack on Wheat Sliders*

Dinnertime! Stuffed Bell Peppers & Asparagus. (Stuffing: Guacamole, Mushroom, Onion, Shrimp & Topped with Gorgonzola Crumbs)

Tonight's dinner was taken from a picture of my friend's lunch at Applebee's(minus zucchini cuz I don't know how to prepare it). Baked Chicken Breast topped with Baby Portabella's, Onions and Parmesan served on Sautéed Red Peppers, Red Onions, Mushrooms and Crispy Red Potatoes with Green Tea.

My Lunch was Marinated Red Onion, Bell Peppers, Avocados, Zucchini and Portabella Mushroom. Place on Grill, Spread Mushroom with thin layer of Hummus(I chose Roasted Red Pepper) and layer veggies. Squeeze Lemon juice on top and garnish with Mozzarella & Parsley flakes.

Cookie & Cream Protein Pancakes topped with Low-fat Greek Yogurt, Walnuts and drizzled with Honey. (Just add 1 scoop of your fav Protein powder flavor - I also added Cinnamon & Vanilla using Whole Wheat Pancake Mix by Bob's Red Mill).

Yea, this just happened!!! My lunch is Chipotle Chicken Breast in a Whole Grain Waffle filled with Green/Red Bell Peppers, Red Onion and Jalapeño Cheese and a side of Homemade Sweet Potato Wedges. OMG, I wanted to slap myself!!!
