So these delicious looking little bunches of crunchy goodness are roasted chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans). While they take a while to roast in the oven, they take very little time otherwise, to make or to eat. You can season them however you like. I used garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a ton of paprika. To make these sweet instead of savory, you could use cinnamon and a little bit of sugar, which sounds fantastic. Though I've only made these once, I will definitely make them again.
