Piering Through by Neil Collier. "Underneath the Pier. Some lovely detail and light on the sides of the pier really make for a punchy image with the strong shadows underneath. Captured on a Minolta 600si with 17-35mm lens. Many have criticised this image over the converging verticals, but it remains one of my bestsellers and I believe that it makes the pier look quite imposing from underneath, so what does it matter what others think?"
Mumbles Pier by Lynda Wilks. "Taken from high on the headland, this shot of the iconic red-roofed boat house might one of the last. Builders are currently busy at work constructing a new life-boat house, and renovating Mumbles Pier. The old boat is house is a listed building, however, and will be kept, possibly as a Visitor Centre."
