I was a health nut before pregnancy and now I am taking it to another level. Looking on fitness blogs and healthy pinterest recipes to satisfy my weird food aversions, but satisfying my cravings. I made this homemade chicken salad recipes. Dressing, greek yogurt/lemon/minced garlic/cucumber/pepper/fresh chopped dill. Cooked organic chicken/apple/celery/dried cherries. This is a keeper and will definately be eating this a lot through pregnancy. #NOMayoyuck #greekyogurt
Ramen Noodle Salad, I love this salad! 2 pks noodles, 2.5 oz. bag sliced almonds, 3/4 C sunflower seeds, 1/2 C chopped red onion, 1 bag broccoli slaw, both seasoning pkts, 3/4 C oil, 1/2 C vinegar, 1/3 C sugar. Combine first 5 ingredients. In separate bowl, combine next 3 ingredients. Pour over noodle mix. Mix. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Mix again. Enjoy!!
