Buckwheat pancakes 150g gluten free flour One medium egg 120ml non-dairy milk 120ml water • Mix the soy milk and water together in a medium size bowl. • Sift the flour into a separate large bowl, add a beaten egg and combine. • Pour the water and milk mixture in a little at a time - mix until a smooth batter. • Fry a little soy butter or vegetable margarine, add enough batter to thinly coat bottom of pan. • Flip - underside should be slightly golden brown. • Fry a few mins
