Ingredients

Meat
• 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Beef consomme
• 2 lb Beef tenderloin
• 1 tsp Better than bouillon beef base
Produce
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 2 Onions, medium
Condiments
• 2 tbsp Heinz chili sauce
• 1 tsp Mustard, dry
Baking & Spices
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper, coarse ground
• 4 tbsp Flour
• 1 tsp Kosher salt
Dairy
• 7 tbsp Butter, real salted or unsalted
• 3/4 cup Sour cream
Beer, Wine & Liquor
• 3 tbsp Sherry or favorite dry white wine, good
Other
• 1 (12 - 16 oz. as you like) cont, fresh whole mushrooms, halve small ones / quarter large ones
