Blaque rose to fame with their tracks "Bring It All to Me" and "808" off their 1999 self-titled debut, Reed was a protégé of TLC's Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, who mentored Blaque before her death. Reed is survived by her 10-year-old son, Tren Brown, whose father is the rapper Kurupt.
