Just found this online! One of my best kept diet secrets! A great way to satisfy pizza cravings, without the guilt. I use a slightly toasted multigrain (100 cal) english muffin, low cal marinara, load up on thin sliced veggies, and use about 2 oz of part skim mozzarella. "Bake" in a toaster oven, and serve with a small salad. Makes for an awesome lunch!

Ham and cheese pinwheels | 8 in. tortilla shells, 1 package of thin deli sliced ham, 16 oz. cream cheese, 1 packet hidden valley ranch dry mix, shredded cheddar cheese, swiss cheese slices | mix cream cheese and part of ranch mix together (won't need all of ranch mix) spread on tortilla add shredded cheese, then ham and swiss cheese. tightly roll up. refridgerate for 2 hours. cut up and serve.
