Sauteed Tilapia. Wash and pat dry. Heat evoo in skillet. Place tilapia in hot oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook for 5-6 minutes depending on size and thickness of fish. Flip and repeat on other side.
For those days when you just gotta have something cake. I checked the ingredients and it's the flour mix, brown sugar, and butter. Not too bad. Just don't eat the whole thing in one sitting!!! :D (Share it so there's less for you.. ha!)
