Recipe by Fay Cadwallader   • 3 overly ripe bananas • ½ cup applesauce (no sugar added) • ¼ cup 0% Greek yogurt • 3 egg whites (½ cup) • 3 Tbls chia seeds (optional) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 cups oat flour • 1/3 cup Truvia • 1 Tbls baking powder • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp sea salt • coconut oil (just a little to grease pan)  Instructions in the comment area.
