Tollemache Amshouses - On Ham Street, Ham near Richmond. The almshouses were built by local dignitary the Hon Frances Tollemache in memory of her late husband Algernon, shortly after his death in 1892. The houses were part of a larger charitable bequest and intended as accomodation for poor families. Nowadays they go for upwards of £600,000.
