Bourbon Pumpkin Pie Milkshake. 2 cups vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup cream or half and half, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 2/3 cup pureed pumpkin, 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice, 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs, 2-3 ounces of bourbon frosting + sprinkles (or cinnamon sugar) for glasses. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until combined. Rim glasses with a light coating of frosting then dip in sprinkles. Pour in shake and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Top with whipped cream.
Pumpkin Pie Cocktail • 1 oz Malibu rum • 1 oz Kahlua • 6 oz milk • 1/3 tsp cinnamon • 1/2 to 1 tsp pumpkin pie filling (depending on desired taste) Blend all ingredients together in a blender with a few cubes of ice. Serve in a glass rimmed with very finely crushed graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top for garnish. Bourbon Pumpkintini: A Healthy Pumpkin Shake, minus the eggs: (1c canned pumpkin puree, 1c milk, a frozen banana, 1 Tsp. vanilla, 2 Tsp. maple syrup) - 1.5 shots Amaretto - 1.5 shots Bakers Bourbon - 1c ice - fresh rosemary to garnish Put everything in a blender, give it a whirl. Add a sprig of rosemary to garnish. CHEERS!
